First things first.

If you have yet to complete your survey, please kindly do so. This survey will require you to input your shipping location so we can send you your SF Pro Kit.

If you are wondering where this survey can be found, it's in your email. We have probably sent you at least 5 emails about it. Check your spam and junk.

The good news. (FREE STUFF!)

As a brand, we are always look for better ways to take mobile gaming to the next level, it was always important that we work on how to better improve on our existing designs with feedback and reviews. 

We had good progress with a new MobileTrigger prototype. Tested it ourselves personally and had other mobile gamers give it a go. For 2 months, the testing results and reviews were better than expected. It would be safe to say that it is 95% consumer-ready, but we wanted to put more hours into perfecting it.

It was slated for release some time early next year together with other changes that we are working on for the improved SF Pro Kit. Why next year, was because we wanted to collect more responses on the ground for the current SF Pro Kit before deciding anything.

Then we had a thought. 

Instead of waiting 6-8 months later and having to purchase a newer product, let's put it into play now. Let's be the brand that just keeps on giving. 

You get a FREE upgrade. You get a FREE UPGRADE. EVERYBODY GETS A FREE UPGRADE.

This will apply to all customers who have yet to receive their orders as well as future orders. There will be no increase in price, so fret not. 

In short, we will be replacing all the StygianForce Professionals Kit with the new upgraded and improved MobileTrigger 2.0.

Production Update

We are left with the MobileGrips that are still in production. They should be done by the end of the week and would then be sent to another factory for assembly. 

We should aim to have everything done by the end of next week which is the first week of June and then it will be shipped to our fulfilment centres for dispatch.

This would leave us approx. 2 weeks ahead of the planned Kickstarter shipping schedule. 

Surveys! Please do them so that we can ship it to you.

So we just received confirmation from Kickstarter that our funds would be credited to us and we know who has and hasn't been charged for payment. 

If your card did not go through, you would still be able to make the pledge via the survey that was sent out.

It's really important you fill out the surveys so that we know where to ship your products to you.

Planned Unplanned Delays.

Benjamin Franklin supposedly once said, “If you fail to plan, you are planning to fail.”

Production Update

We just received word from the factory that produces the MobileGrips that 15% of the magnets acquired for the GripLocks were faulty. They were not holding in place and were rather weak in strength. 

We told them to get the whole batch replaced and check the strength tests again. This will result in a weeks worth of delays.

We estimate that we should be able to send the goods to our fulfilment centres by the 1st week of June and it should reach everyone in 7-15 days. You can look at receiving your StygianForce Professionals Kit by the end of June, if everything goes according to plan.

Just to remind everyone that we are way ahead of schedule and despite these delays, you would be able to receive the product earlier than what we planned out on Kickstarter.

Do remember that these surveys will require you to input your shipping address and it will calculate the import & delivery fees required for that country and charge you for them.

We decided to not include international shipping in Kickstarter so that it's excluded from Kickstarter's commissions -- and that savings can be given back to you.
