Did You Check Your Kickstarter Payment Method?

This is SUPER important. Should payment be missed, Kickstarter will drop you from the campaign. Yes, your pledge gets dropped.

Therefore please, please, please make sure your credit card on your Kickstarter account is updated by end of day May 17th, or you will lose your pledge. Kickstarter has directions on how to update this right here.

Surveys Me Mate! Remember the date: 24 May 2019

If you are new to Kickstarter, post-campaign we sent out surveys so you can complete your order and shipping details. We will be sending out the surveys on 24 May 2019. When the time comes check your email for the subject line “Complete Your Kickstarter Fulfillment Survey”. 

Production Updates

Everything is coming up smoothly, surprisingly. 

The MobileGrips are in the moulding process. They should be done in about a week before they are shipped for packing. Our production builds should be even better than the prototypes, so we’re very excited to test the first parts once they are ready.

The rest are falling into place as well and once production is done, they will be shipped and packed before being sent to our fulfilment centers. We’re getting all of the details in place, reviewing production plans, and getting ready to make these things real. 

International Taxes & Shipping

And we’re back with our usual coverage of international taxes. You hate them, we hate them. It sucks.

When the campaign is over, we’ll send out your Kickstarter surveys where you will enter your shipping details. Depending on what you have in your cart and where it’s shipping, we will calculate the import fees required for that country and charge you for them.

48 more hours to the completion of our Kickstarter campaign!

If you didn't read from the previous update, we have started production. At the rate we are going, we should aim to be done with production by 31 May and start sending out the orders then. Hence, you should be receiving your tracking updates by early June. 

We managed to work out a deal with some of the factories to get started on production first so that saves a lot of time and you can aim to receive your StygianForce Professionals Kit much earlier.

We will be sending out your surveys to get your address details and calculate the shipping cost required in about 2 weeks time. 

So we managed to increase the size of our Leather Carrying Pouch, it was previously 17cm so now it's 23cm. This was taken into consideration to fit bigger portable chargers (powerbanks) together with the MobileGrip & other accessories so it is more convenient to bring everything out. 

There will be no change in the price of the product so more value-add for you guys!

International Shipping & Taxes  

Dear international backer, we love you. If only we could hand deliver your gear, but your country could have import fees and we need you to pay them. Otherwise, they will fine us for tax evasion.

We really, really wish that Kickstarter made this easier. We aren’t a fan of international taxes but we also aren’t one to get around the rules. When the campaign is over, we’ll send out your Kickstarter surveys where you will enter your shipping details. Depending on what you have in your cart and where it’s shipping, we will calculate the import fees required for that country and charge you for them.

A long story short but we tried a lot of combinations to charge this upfront with the pledge but it was just impossible. So we just want to give you a heads up now, if you hate import fees like us and want to bail on the project we don’t blame you. We’d rather you get mad at us now than when we’re ready to ship.

And it's less than 10 days to the end of the project. Please share our project so that your friends won't be missing out on this awesome deal! 

Great news! We have begun production much earlier than our intended date so that would mean earlier delivery times. Starting early does have its benefits in any case of delays as it's never always sunshine and rainbows. 

We are working with the factory to bring down the box size so we can bring down the shipping cost for you!

We also made some changes to our thank you card so that you & future users will know what they will be getting in their box, not making it a hot mess.

What a great start! We’ve reached our funding goal in just 2 days! 

You guys have made it happen and a huge thank you to all our supporters. This means a lot to us and motivates us to further develop products to improve the mobile gaming experience.

We are still at the start of the campaign but we hope that you guys can share our campaign with your friends and let them know of the StygianForce project. Till then, we will continue to keep you all posted on updates!
